The 2012 Batch 'C' Winding-Up/Passing-Out Time-Table is out and details is found below

  • Wednesday 25th September, 2013 - Wednesday 2nd October, 2013
    • Job Creation and Awareness Week, Sensitization of Corps Members on Job Creation/Opportunities after Service. This will be done at the Zonal level using relevant officers.
    • Lectures/Seminars on Job opportunities by the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) at the Zonal level.
  • Thursday 3rd October, - Friday 4th October, 2013
    • Release of Passing-out Corps Members by Employers.
    • Registration/Clearing of Corps Members.
  • Monday 7th October, 2013
    • Parade Rehearsal
    • Signing of Final clearance by Zonal Inspectors.
  • Tuesday 8th October, 2013
    • Parade Rehearsal.
    • Signing of Final clearance by Zonal Inspectors.
    • Debriefing/Evaluation of Service Year.
    • Administration of Questionnaire (Form 4B) on 5% of the Passing-out Corps Members.
  • Wednesday 9th October, 2013
    • Final Parade Rehearsal.
    • State Farewell Party to be presided over by the Governor of the State.
  • Thursday 10th October, 2013
    • Passing-out Ceremony to be presided over by the Governor of the State.
    • Distribution of Certificates of National Service to deserving corps members.

Its been a while now that I have been able to blog, I'd really wanted to but it's quite hectic here. I am trying to carry out some personal projects here and the procedures are tasking but am getting over it sha. The main thing I need now is funding. How to collect a new posting letter in case of Rejection

Rejection is expected from your PPA. Depending on your PPA, you can either be accepted or rejected. Once you are rejected, please don’t be dejected. All you need to do is take the rejection letter to the Zonal Office as the case may be and you will posted to a new PPA. Causes of rejection 1.    Your PPA feels they don’t need your expertise or course of study. For example, if you study physics/electronic and you are posted to a commercial high school where they major in commercial related courses, they will obviously not take you or you study business admin and you are posted to a technical school to teach, they will not take you. 2.    Your PPA already have enough corpers Let’s say your PPA is a growing organization now, and they have a target of just 5 corpers per batch. If you come as the 6th corper, because they have reached their maximum number, they will not be able to take you. 3.    Your employer does not think you can work with them. 4.    You can ask to be rejected.
