Razzling! Razzling!! Razzling!!!

Well this is the new word I heard today. What does it mean and how did I come by it.
 Actually I was in school today to teach but I came late to the class just to find a permanent teacher taking my time. I had to tell him point blank that he has to excuse me because my time is almost finished. Well he did. After my class I was marking my student's assignment in the staff room only to find this guy sitting across me. Being the jovial person I am, we started chatting while I marked. Later on his friend came around and asked him what he was still doing in school, he told me he was trying to razzle me. Need the meaning of razzling? Yes o I had to and check the dictionary myself o.
Razzle: out celebrating or enjoying oneself.

I am trying to carry out some personal projects here and the procedures are tasking but am getting over it sha. The main thing I need now is funding. How to collect a new posting letter in case of Rejection

Rejection is expected from your PPA. Depending on your PPA, you can either be accepted or rejected. Once you are rejected, please don’t be dejected. All you need to do is take the rejection letter to the Zonal Office as the case may be and you will posted to a new PPA. Causes of rejection 1.    Your PPA feels they don’t need your expertise or course of study. For example, if you study physics/electronic and you are posted to a commercial high school where they major in commercial related courses, they will obviously not take you or you study business admin and you are posted to a technical school to teach, they will not take you. 2.    Your PPA already have enough corpers Let’s say your PPA is a growing organization now, and they have a target of just 5 corpers per batch. If you come as the 6th corper, because they have reached their maximum number, they will not be able to take you. 3.    Your employer does not think you can work with them. 4.    You can ask to be rejected.
